Thomas Legrady wurde am 22.März 1920 geboren. Er wohnt in Willowdale, Kanada. Nach dem Studium der Harmonie und Klavier von 1947 bis 1948 am Konservatorium in Zürich, legte er das Abschlußexamen der Kompositionen von 1949 bis 1953 in Budapest am Bartok-Konservatorium, ab. Er ist als Komponist von Filmmusik, als Arrangeur, Dirigent und Begleiter bekannt. Einige seiner Kompositionen umfassen "Charlie Grant's War", "Sunrise & Eclipse", "Suite for Brass Quintet", "Sonate für Geige und Klavier", "The Wise Teddybear für Harmonieorchester" und "Spring Festival".

Thomas Legrady was born on the 22nd of March 1920. He lives in Willowdale, in Canada. Afters his studies of piano and harmony at the Zürich Conservatory in Switzerland (1947-1948) he passed his exams in composition at the Bartok Conservatory in Budapest, in Hungary. (1949-1953) He works at present as composer of filmmusic, arranger, conductor and accompanist. Some of his works include "Charlie Grant's War", "Sunrise & Eclipse", "Suite for Brass Quintet", "Sonate for Violin and Piano", "The Wise Teddybear" (for windband) and "Spring Festival".
