William Harbinson ist Universitätsdekan der Musikschule an der "Appalachian State University" in North Carolina. William Harbinson is the Assistant Dean of the School of Music at Appalachian State University (Boone, North Carolina). He has experience as a music educator at the collegiate level and in the public schools of North Carolina. A former member of the Florida State University music faculty, Dr. Harbinson directos the graduate programs in music at Appalachian and teaches music theory, arranging, and composition. His compositions include many works for elementary, secondary, and collegiate ensembles, and he appears frequently as a guest composer, conductor, clinician, and adjudicator.
