Yitzhak Graziani wurde in Bulgarien geboren, zog jedoch später nach Israel, wo er bei der Armee als Dirigent tätig war. Er wurde besonders für seine beiden Arrangements für die sinfonische Band bekannt und für seine erfolgreichen "Variationen von einem Thema von Haydn" für Horn und Windband.
