Zusätzlich zu seinen Aktivitäten als Komponisten, ist Christopher Salerno Mitarbeiter der redaktionellen Abteilung Neil A. Kjos Music Company in San Diego, Kalifornien. Salerno machte seine Abschlussprüfung in des Musikausbildung an der VanderCook-Hochschule für Musik in Chicago und empfing seinen Meistertitel des Kunstgrads an der Universität Radford in Radford, Virginia, wo er Komposition bei Mark Camphouse studierte. In addition to his activities as a composer, Christopher Salerno is currently a member of the editorial department of the Neil A. Kjos Music Company in San Diego, California. Mr. Salerno received his Bachelor of Music Education degree from the VanderCook College of Music in Chicago, and a Master of Arts degree from Radford University in Radford, Virginia where he studied composition with Mark Camphouse. He has received commissions from junior high school and high school bands in the United States, and has had performances of his music by renowned musical organizations such as the West Point Military Academy Band and the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra. His works include music for band, orchestra, percussion, string orchestra, and choral ensembles, as well as many instrumental solos and ensembles.
