Kris Roemers (1975, Belgium) studied horn, piano and harmonics at The Institute for Art Education at Neerpelt. He continued his studies at the Lemmens Institute in Leuven and the Royal Conservatoire in Brussels. He qualified for musical education and got the Master of Music degree for horn. As a musician he worked together for years with the Flemish Radio Orchestra, but was also a freelance musician with e.g. The Royal Ballet of Flanders and Il Novecento. Many concert tours brought him to Bulgaria, Greece, South-Africa and Argentina. Since his graduation he’s also working as a conductor and composer.
