Shlomo Yoffe wurde in Warschau geboren. Er studierte in Polen und in der Tschechoslowakei und emigrierte 1930 nach Israel. Unter Oedoen Partos und Alexander Boscovich studierte er an den Musikakadmeien in Jeruselm und Tel-Aviv. Er arbeitete als Studiodirektor der Musikausbildung für Gilboa und Bet-Shean.

Shlomo Yoffe, who was born in Warsaw and studied in Poland and Czechoslovakia, emigrated to Israel in 1930. He studied with Oedoen Partos and Alexander Boscovich at the music academies of Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv, and was director of the Studio for Music Education for Gilboa and Bet-Shean.
