Text information: Der Komponist ist ein begeisterter Radfahrer und schrieb diese heitere Komposition nach einer Radtour von seinem Heimatort Bad Schallerbach (Oberösterreich) nach Sizilien (ca. 2200 km). Die Italiener nennen das Fahrrad liebevoll „bici“ (Abkürzung von „bicicletta“)– daher also der Titel.
