Additional information: Miklós Rózsa (1907–1995), ein geborener Ungar, war einer der letzten großen Filmmusikkomponisten der „Goldenen Ära“ Hollywoods. Drei der u¨ber 100 von ihm vertonten Filme wurden mit Oscars ausgezeichnet – den dritten Oscar gewann er mit der Musik zum Monumental lm Ben Hur im Jahre 1959. Aus diesem Soundtrack stammt auch der „Marsch der Wagenlenker“, der hier in einer ausgezeichneten Blasorchesterbearbeitung von Ed Keeley vorliegt.
