Additional information: Iberian Trumpets ist ein typisch spanisches, lebhaftes und warmherziges Werk in vier Sätzen. Den Auftakt macht eine Kadenz in der Form eines cante jondo, eines Flamenco-Liedes. Es folgt ein Fandango, der seinerseits einen Zigeunertanz mit Kastagnetten ankündigt. Der Mittelteil ist ein Bolero, eine zauberhafte Melodie über einem durchgehenden Ostinato, die zu einer enthusiastischen Wiederholung des Fandango führt.
