Additional information: Dem typischen Charakter eines Konzertmarsches wird dieser Titel auf jeden Fall gerecht. Aufgrund der sehr bestimmenden Einleitung wirkt das erste Thema doch ein wenig verspielt. Das Bass-Solo rückt dies aber sofort wieder ins richtige Licht und wird mit dramatischen Linien im Trio fortgeführt und mit einem Tutti der besonderen Art zu Ende gebracht.
