Additional information: ~Unter Donner und Blitz" ist wohl eine der bekanntesten Polkas von Johann Strauß. Die Erstaufführung fand unter dem Titel "Sternschnuppen" am 16. Februar 1868 beim Hesperus-Künstlerball im Wiener Diana-Saal durch die Strauß-Kapelle unter der Leitung des Komponisten statt. Die vorliegende Transkription für Blasorchester ist sehr nahe am Original gehalten.
